About me
Mr. Phillips is a Senior Principal in Terracon’s Phoenix office and has over 40 years of technical and management experience in the construction materials and pavement engineering industry. He is a senior pavement design and materials consultant for Terracon, supporting projects throughout the United States. He previously served 4 years as the pavement engineer for Maricopa County Department of Transportation.
