About me
Accomplished transportation professional with over two decades of progressive leadership experience in the Federal Highway Administration.
My career spans the full spectrum of transportation infrastructure development, from project-level engineering to executive program management. I've had the privilege of leading some of the nation's most complex transportation projects, including oversight of Washington State's $5B+ SR 520 and Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement projects—featuring the largest bored tunnel in the Western Hemisphere and the world's longest floating bridge. I bring years of experience in innovative contracting, including Design Build and CMGC, across multiple states.
What drives me: Building strong partnerships across government, industry, and communities to deliver infrastructure that transforms lives. I'm passionate about developing the next generation of transportation professionals and have mentored countless engineers throughout my career.
Leadership Philosophy: Collaborative leadership that empowers teams to excel. Under my leadership, the Arizona Division achieved exceptional results in the 2024 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, scoring 88% in Global Satisfaction and 91% in Employee Engagement—significantly above government-wide averages.
