About me
Ryan is the Engineering Manager for the Street Maintenance Division in the City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department. He oversees the Pavement Management Team, Bridge & Dam Safety Section, and Landscape Management Teams, keeping Phoenix’s streets, bridges, dams, and trees in good condition. His current projects include the Pavement Maintenance Program, Cool Corridors Program, the award - winning Cool Pavement Program.
Ryan is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona and holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
